First of all: great idea.. great being an understatement ;P IT IS FANTABULOUS and yes, people do want to see change in their masajid!
Just one concern about the "date night" thing.. the parents should responsibly return for their children rather than taking advantage of the babysitter and leaving their child alone/the last one in the masjid. Just being considerate of the babysitter would help as well because many times in our masjid parents leave their younger kids in a halaqa/youth activity and don't pick them up until very late! The problem is that the babysitter is left to take care of the left child and has to take time out of her already-busy life or she may have other engagements which will mean she leaves the child alone!
Just a note for people out there: I'm not hating on the video. You could say I'm extrapolating a bit!

Alhamd, my masjid has already implemented many of the ideas you've come up with brother. One thing, and this is amazing, is that we actually have a help phone that volunteers pick up. It's similar to Kid's Help Phone but it's for marital issues, family, friends, etc. everything. and these people are highly educated and you can call them at any time. Best thing about it is that it's Muslims helping Muslims and so they will understand you

I wrote cause I NEED YOUR HELP, My mother Mariam Karimah , Is a German Muslimah, she lives in stadt lennestadt-nordrhein-westfalen .
she get money from the rent of a market they pay to her ex husband (who is non muslim) for her daily
living......
but since Friday it is clear that they are closing the shops.....she will have no shops , no rent , no money for her anymore and she sit on the street
her daughter and son let her down cause she reverted to Islam :(
so could you help her for the sake of ALLAH,
she is like my mother .
Please for the sake of ALLAH, Now I'm looking to find for her a job or a good husband
For the sake of ALLAH help us

You should talk about how in some cultures parents yell at and abuse their kids. Or another topic that I think would be interesting to talk about would be how *some* Muslim women who have never gone through infertility think they are better than Muslimahs who are going through infertility and struggling to get pregnant. Or about how some born Muslims think they're better than converts.
I hope it will make a positive difference.
